5 /5 Beth Toney: Melissa was awesome. Very friendly,helpful and kind. She was probably one of the nicest people I’ve incountered in the business world. I would recommend her to everyone. She made the experience very comfortable and will use her again. Y’all are lucky to have such a fantastic employee.

1 /5 Paige Williams: If I could leave 0 stars for this company I would. I get all this spam mail from them and was referred by Credit Karma to use them. When Shyanne or whatever the loan specialists name is called, she didn’t even have the correct loan amount that I applied for. She said I needed more income, so I added my husband even though we share the SAME bank account for income verification. She then said that a charge off balance from 6 YEARS ago showed the total balance as the monthly amount, and even though she can clearly see we do not pay that amount monthly, she couldn’t fix it. I called back in and spoke with another representative who said that if I got it fixed, they would work with us. So I contacted the credit agency and disputed it with a fixed update. When I called back, they made me speak with Shyanne again and she argued that I spoke with her and she didn’t say that. I had to not nicely tell her it wasn’t her I spoke with and that is what I was told. She then changes the story to how I have to contact the actual company and get something from them or I have to wait 30 days for them to do another application and get our credit report from another agency and not the one I disputed with. I will NEVER work with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone else. Customer service is poor and Shyanne sucks!

1 /5 Dianna and Anthony: If I could do a no star I definitely will but in order to write a review is by clicking on one star …. Very unprofessional extremely unprofessional my application was sent to Carrollton location at 2 something PM to then talk to a loan officer and her telling me everything looked good and she is able to approve me for 3100 then explain to me the terms and how much the interest will be even discussed if I paid it off with in 2 months what will I end up paying then when I called one hour later another lady got the phone and said I will just have the manager sign off and will call you back etc then I called after waiting for some time because no one called me back so when I called at 520PM 10 min till close they said she was still busy she will call me back advise the person on this is she really going to call me back you guys close in 10 min she said yeah hold on then she came back on the phone after everything was verified to tell me now I’m not approved I was so confused then they transfer me to Gail the manager she said oh the I was short 500 on my income advice her that was not correct as I am adding up all the numbers from paycheck and it is the same as it has been from the beginning she was like will we can do it asked for the district manager to contact me she advice me she could not guarantee me that they will call me back asked to please send email that I know they can contact me within 24 to 48 hours and she said no she can’t guarantee that the district manager will call me and she then provided customer service number and stated that is where I need to call very very unprofessional can not explain to me why everything changed 10 min before there were closing when I was suppose to be waiting to close a deal electronic
