Ms. Dawn made sure that my ring was properly engraved by the manufacturer and Ms. Diana made sure that she called me as soon as my ring came in, knowing that I stay an hour away from the store.

But, ended up liking her candid demeanor that wasn’t pushy at all, so after a couple of weeks looking for the perfect diamond where we live in Pensacola Florida, we ended up calling her back in Georgia to have her acquire and set the diamond in our engagement ring!
