Ms MChell Today I experienced a very pleasant visit at the Downtown Jonesboro TRUIST Bank.... I hadnt been to this location in a while. Because I normally travel to Fayetteville or McDonough intentionally as to avoid the Jonesboro location!!! However I have observed since Oct-Nov 2023 a very welcoming change in the Customer Service & promptness provided by the Bankers in the Front Lobby... Specifically; Relationship Banker: Mr. KHALIL LINSEY Always has a very pleasant demeanor, very professional and always attentive to all his customers need with a smile.... Most people are quick to right BAD Reviews.... So today I wanted to be quick to right a GOOD Review... Stacy Cherry A bank is a bank but the women who work at this branch make you feel like family. Melissa the manager always remembers everyones name, says hello, and always has a smile. Mrs. Teresa and Kalya have you covered in the teller lines. I apologize for not remembering everyone elses names however it doesnt diminish their shine and place in the branch. These are the people who make it more than a corporate name. I highly recommend!
