Ken Sohal Worst branch and worst bank ... went to the branch to do wire transfer. over 5 employees in the branch and 2 working. waited for 30 minutes, the manager was not in the branch and assistance manager did not know how to do wire transfer ( this is around 10:00 am ). left the branch, been BofA customer for over 30 years .... same story for last 5 years

Ashley Henderson the ladies that were working here today were so sweet and super helpful! both stephanie and chaula offered us a bunch of extra tips and went out of their way to help us with our needs as much as they could (also helps that everything looked clean and organized!)

William Williams The office in Lyons GA was very easy and nice to work with. Always answered the phone,Always polite. Its very hard to find people that care about there job. I will definitely recommend that office to anyone.

Suan Walker They Teller was really nice in the drive thru even though that she was the only teller working on a Friday the busiest day of the week. She was handling it with a smile. Please give her some help on Fridays. It can be overwhelming.
