1 /5 Jeremey Cote: Came there to cash my check like I’ve done many times before. Had a new lady cashing it this time. Tells me there’s no money in there so I can’t cash it, told her the other ladies always let me cash it even though the amount was lower than the cashing check and I’ve never had this problem before. She told me there’s nothing she could do, told her to deposit some of it so I can cash it. Told me she can’t do that either even though another teller has done it multiple times. So rather the other workers weren’t following protocol or she didn’t want to put more effort into this transaction. Very disappointed with this service today. From now one I’ll be going to Kroger to cash my check…. Very unsatisfactory
