5 /5 Desirae Rogers: I was having such a hard time with the automated system and my case worker and I kept getting our wires crossed, but the county office and a wonderful woman named Andi helped me to get everything straightened out. She made the process so much more simpler. I cant thank them enough!!! They are wonderful!!!

5 /5 Judy Bridges: I applyed for a food card, after two months of waiting, I was notified that on a certain date at eleven thirty to expect a phone call . I assumed that this would be an interview for my request. I waited all day long and no call came. I recieved a letter a few days later saying I would have to contact them because I missed the call. Really...!! are you serious...I did NOT recive a call from them that day..!! I just decieded to forget these people, 23.00 dollars a month was not enough to go through this unprofessional hell. Ill just do without what that small amount of goverment money would buy now with prices as high as they are.

5 /5 Peggy Bohannon: My experience with this office has been completely positive and mainly due to the front office ladies; thank you guys!!! Your smiles and patience, with those of us , who know nothing of your work or the system has been awesome; a real blessing to me! Yes, I have had to maneuver through the GA web site (which is definitely not user friendly) and left messages for return calls and had to wait due to the large call volumes; lines of people in office ; and I am sure many others that required help also!!! You guys do a great job with what you are given and I for one appreciate it!!! You are professional; polite; know your stuff; and have a lot on your plate that others do not see and should have to work a day in your shoes!!! Again, thank you all for the services you provide for the community and it’s families.

5 /5 Payton Carter: Crystal is the absolute best!! She helped me when I literally could not get any other case worker or office on the phone. She even stayed on with me for over 40 mins until we were able to figure everything out while having the best attitude the entire time!
