Fourth & Cherry Financial - Ocilla (GA)

A D So far my experience here has been good. The employees have been helpful and very nice, easy to work with. I have had 0 issues when I have gone inside the bank and received help. Lastly, I have not had to wait very long either when waiting for a teller to assist me. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ATM was not working properly and would freeze up. This is not the first time Ive had an issue with an atm at one of their locations. I told the teller inside it was not working and she seemed like she didnt care as my concern was ignored I hope they fix it soon as this location is the closest branch to me.

Hanna Jon Lewis Cannon has some of the most considerate, helpful employees I have ever dealt with. When I interned with them, they treated me as if I were a full-time employee. The work environment was extremely welcoming and I always felt free to ask questions when I needed help.

Cliff Reed This review is not for the services provided but for the cleanliness of the place. When you walk into the waiting room theres trash all over the floor the windows have a hazy film on them cobwebs all in the corners youd think this place would take a little pride and run a vacuum cleaner once in a while and maybe spray an air freshener. (Edit) Since I have returned the place looks great and smells a lot better too I appreciate them taking my review into consideration and doing a little cleaning after all first impressions are everything.
