Yumeko W Whoever the guy is in this office is very rude and disrespectful. I called to get a quote, and he asked me to call back . When I did in less than a minute, he refused to answer the phone and sent me to voicemail. Ive had insurance with this company for over a year now, so I guess at this point, I need to start looking elsewhere. To think I was bringing other people to this company, I will refer them to acceptance instead. If he didnt want to work today, he should have stayed home. They women in the office are great. I wasnt calling to make a suggestion I was calling for a quote for a possible new customer.

Any questions or concerns that I had were answered and addressed. I have been with Allstate for several years now letting then handle my Automobile and Homeowners Insurance. Darian Gilliam I have been dealing with Allstate for many years now, but the experience with Kevin Cross by far has been the best! I was in the process of buying a home, turning another property into a landlord policy, and changing something to my auto policy. Kevin was super helpful and thoughtful of my time so I received all my information through email to sign and he followed up with me each step of the way! If I could get 10 stars I would bc when it comes to insurance companies I have always felt like they try and get what they can from you, but with Kevin, it was about helping the customer make the best decisions.
