1 /5 Dillon McKay “Dillon McKay”: I had to update this review because I wanted everyone to know about the way they handled my issue with them.. i have home owners policy with them.. I pay installments for my policy.. pay 4 months then no payments for the final 2 out of 6 months. They sent the final bill for the cycle to my dads house and therefore I was almost one day late paying and so my policy was canceled. I explained to my agent what happened and they refused to reinstate my policy. Keep in mind that I have already paid them almost $900 and was trying to pay the final $280. I was told that they would rewrite the policy for me, which would restart the whole installment cycle. I truly felt that after being with them for more than 10 years they would work with me...especially since the bill was sent to my fathers house, but.... nope. I guess none of that mattered since they had already gotten my money for the current term.. Im already trying to get back on my feet after struggling with finances due to covid-19 and then here comes farm bureau to kick me while Im down.. thanks guys. Good looking out for your loyal customers. ugh...

1 /5 Tahjahniece: The worst possible Insurance company you can with. road side assistance doesn’t exist on several different times I’ve called for help an couldn’t get any! They don’t care to help you, Orr about your safely only their monthly payment. I’ve been on the side of the road for hours multiple times they are NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. Canceling my policy Immediately I regret getting insurance with them in the first place

1 /5 Don Mosley: I have been a customer of Georgia Farm Bureau for over 10 years. We had excellent service and Jeff Hall was a great agent. Over the past few months we noticed our rates had went up. Me and my wife are both over 40, and have no accidents or tickets. We recently found out our agent, Jeff Hall was no longer with the company. Then today we called to ask about the rates and inform them our rates had went up and we had shopped at other major companies for online quotes that were considerably cheaper. Our response was this; "We had a raise of rates in October and we dont match or compete with other companies rates." Really?? This is the customer service that you get when you have been a customer and a Farm Bureau membership member for this long? I was appalled at the response from the phone call we got and the customer service being that way over a simple question. I can say this now. We found a heck of a lot cheaper rate with Geico and we dont have to pay the yearly membership fee as we did before. My advice is to make sure the "friendly farmer atmosphere" they portray is not all its cracked up to be. Hated to change companies especially after all the years there but the response we received with concerns of cost was what we needed to wake up and change.

1 /5 Billy Hill: The staff is so lazy. It so hard to get your agent on the line or to even return a call. And Lord help you if your policy is about to lapse. You think they are going to call you?? Haha, think again. They dont care if you have insurance or not. I rode around for a whole month and they only way I found out I wasnt covered was from the fine I got from the tax commissioner for not having insurance. And then guess what, to reinstate the same policy is gonna cost you more monthly because now you have a policy lapse on your record... how convenient is that. Its all a scam! P.S.- I was a customer for over thirty years...
