Critical Reviewer The atmosphere is wonderful. Greeted by multiple employees. I feel relaxed with the interactions. Nothing shoved in my face to get. They were good indeed and helped me maximize my loan to be within my budget as well as doing there best to see if my payments are on the dates I get paid. The experience I feel coming here makes them feel like we are family. Even though its a business I feel like I just borrowed money from a family member and paying them back. It gives you that home feeling. I waited to write my review, but I wish Id have done it sooner. They all were the same every time. Good people are hard to find. Every time you come in there are decorations all over for each Holiday.

Joshua Crook Lifesavers. I was stranded at a gas station. Just happened to call around to all the truck repair places and they all recommended Franklin Fleet. Dude showed up and replaced my starter right where I broke down. Badass.

Rebecca Myers Connie was wonderful. She was quick & efficient in assisting me with getting an older house insured for my dad that had not previously had insurance. This was about a month ago. I had been turned down by several large companies. Connie found a great company to insure the home and was a pleasure to work with, the entire transaction was done over the phone. Today I am having her quote my own home insurance. Definitely recommend Van Keith Insurance and Connie!

Kayla Robertson I absolutely love the people that work there, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have small problems with my card pretty often (but the tellers there help me fix the issue every time). I enjoy using this bank, and recommend it entirely.
