1 /5 M: Read this and be aware of who you are potentially working with. All of what I am stating is truthful and backed by evidence. They are not BBB accredited. Look at the public complaints and decide for yourself. Do NOT make payments to them over phone UNLESS they use the automated collection system. Twice I have called this office to set up a payment where the representative didnt use the automated system and collected it verbally. GUESS WHAT? This office never processed my payments and caused my loan to become so overdue so they sent me to collections, sued me, and tried garnishment. They lie and say I dont answer calls or call back. My phone logs from my carrier say otherwise. They sued me for their lack of proper documentation and incorrect notes. Look at how many magistrate court filings there are for Republic Finance, Republic Finance,LLC, Finance, Republic, LLC. Its so scary. There are SO many. Stay FAR away from this company!!!!!!!!!!

1 /5 Wanda Pierce: The manager and staff at Branch #125 could use re-training in Business 101 customer service! I’m a current customer who was looking to get another loan with them but at this point will never use their services again. The staff does not pay attention to detail which is concerning since they work with personal finance information! For a company that has been around since the 1950s, it’s sad that their legacy is being tarnished by employees who won’t align with the company’s core values, if they exist. The only reason I reached out was based on the fact I’m a current customer. Now that I see that doesn’t matter I will not bother with it again as there are certainly other options where customer loyalty is appreciated.
