1 /5 Shaniece Nelson: I was audited due to her fraudulent representation. I ended up having to repay taxes for that year and previous years. My income tax for the following year was then taken. I later found out that she had been arrested and was reported to the BBB. I would not recommend.

1 /5 CeeCee Vaughan: If I could put 0 stars I would, this company and manager is very unprofessional. It’s been 2 months since she prepared my taxes. In the beginning of June I followed up with her about my taxes, she rudely told me that after she does the taxes it’s not her problem anymore and for me to contact the irs. I used the “where’s my refund” tab but said they couldn’t find any information on my tax return. So I contacted her again, upset because like I said it’s been months and I have yet to receive my money but everyone else who filed with me on the same day received theirs. After I told her I would be investigating where my money was she proceeded to go off on me, etc. I tried to email back and have my mother call but no response. I will never be using this company and their services ever again and I will tell everyone I know not to use her !!

5 /5 Margo McCree: I love her.....I have been using her for many years and will never use anyone else. I think she is great...she does a good job of helping you get all that you deserve. She also explains anything that you ask in reference to your taxes. Her staff is also helpful when I call or when I am there in person. She is the best....my coworker told me about her 8+ years ago and I have been with her since then.

1 /5 Jennifer Everett: DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE! YOUVE BEEN WARNED! THIS is ABSOLUTELY the worst experience Ive had in my life of doing taxes. Ms spears not only had me send my information and sit on it for two weeks, but never had the courtesy to return ANY of my phone calls. I called three days in row after a week of no response. She told me the two days I called her on her "off" day that she was "under the dryer" and that she would be calling me when she left. All LIES!!!! Then after two weeks of only me reaching out to her unprofessional establishment does a secretary call me and tell me that ms. Spears will not be doing my taxes. After she told me that she started them. I asked why and she said she didnt know! This is by far the WORST experience and to think I had prospective people interested in a company like this! I will always tell my experience to anyone willing to listen ANYWHERE! ANYTIME!

1 /5 Kei: Worse experience I’ve ever had. I’ve contacted her for a yr and still nothing. I will pursue her for any monies I have to fix last year taxes. She’s horrible and I hope she has to deal with the law
