He and his teams support provided a clear outline of any tasks we needed to complete allowing us to follow simple step by step instructions through out the process. This gave us a strong sense of what needed to be done and where we where through out the whole process. When any issues came up they where responsive in explaining the process or finding a solution. We highly recommend New American, Charles and his team!

They took the time to answer all of your questions and address any concerns you had, which demonstrated their commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Their expertise and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process, and they were always available to respond promptly to any inquiries you had. Overall, their dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience is what made their service truly excellent.

1 /5 Ginia W: Charles and his team did not provide exceptional service for us. They came across as nice and professional; however, they were deceptive with the loan, the interest rate, and the amount of the closing costs. They literally tried to take advantage of my husband, and he is the kindest man I know. They appeared to lack integrity, and I am very disappointed in the way they handled our loan and the process. They appeared uneducated in several areas through the process. They were unethical and I believe it was intentional. I am very disappointed in the way things were handled and I would not recommend anyone to this company now or in the future. My personal opinion is that they tried to take advantage of us due to our race as well. We are believers and we pray and God showed up for us, to God/Jesus/Holy Spirit, be all the Glory for being faithful to us and giving us discernment. Also, I would be remiss if I did not caution others fo be very careful with the real estate agent that you choose as well. Many of these people are.in cahoots. Make sure you find a real estate agent with integrity that has your best interest and not their own. Also, the people that do appraisals. We could not find one review on the guy this company had complete our appraisal. Looking back, we should have had that redone as well. To sum it up they were liars and people who SCHEME. We found a better company that operated in integrity and were non discriminatory. We are grateful.
