1 /5 Helen Jackson: Every time I have had to call to ask a question, I get put on hold by the automated system and no one ever picks up. One day I decided to see just how long it would take. Over an hour. Just to ask a question. Some customers work the same hours as the credit union and cant always get off to come in and need assistance. There always seems to be a few staff members in the offices that are not with customers on the occasion I can make it to the location. Can they not help answer the phones for customer inquiries?
