I cannot recommend them enough they go above and beyond what is asked of them to do and I appreciate having someone to call And know that I can trust with something as important as the insurance for my house and cars. Dillon Hutchinson I had auto coverage through this branch for 7 years. The folks inside were always the friendliest and quick to help, hence the two stars. The branch itself would get 5 stars if thats all this was, but Im going after the company in this review. After the near 7 years I had this auto coverage, many "rate increases" and a speeding ticket later, I had totaled a vehicle. First claim I ever made in my life. Guess what? I was dropped. 7 years as a customer. And all the thousands of dollars I threw at them, only to be cast aside because they had to pay out. Never again will I utilize Georgia Farm Bureau.

Christine Kowalczyk He treats us like family! Michael is our State Farm agent and my mothers agent as well. I wish all insurance agents were like him, the world would be a much better place. He is especially accommodating to my elderly mother. Hes even gone to HER house to help her out with something when she was having trouble getting around.
