angel eyes When im in a financial bind, i come here because the staff is so friendly and helpful. They work with you as long as you communicate with them and they do not harass you either. I wouldnt go anyplace besides Delta Finance so thank you ladies for a great experience everytime i come here.

Darlene Kirby I have always been pleased with this Credit Union until recently. After my surgery I signed up for the Bill pay thinking I was going to need to use it to pay one of my bills since I dont have checks with ACU. Turns out I didnt use it and never have. I noticed for the last 3 months that ACU has charged me $5.00 for bill pay fee. I called to inquire as to why the charges? I was told that since I didnt use the service I am charged. If I use the service its free and they gave me 3 months free. What?? This policy sounds backward to me. I had them deactivate the bill pay services. I have never experienced this with a bank. Shame on me for not researching the information about the bill pay services. The bill pay service at my previous financial institution was always free no matter if you used it or not. ACU you will lose customers practicing this kind of business.

Margo McCree I love her.....I have been using her for many years and will never use anyone else. I think she is great...she does a good job of helping you get all that you deserve. She also explains anything that you ask in reference to your taxes. Her staff is also helpful when I call or when I am there in person. She is the best....my coworker told me about her 8+ years ago and I have been with her since then.
