1 /5 haley brown: I had this bank for 10 years. This last year I had to dispute a charge for $600 due to a connector scamming me. This is the first dispute I’ve ever done in my life and in the 10 years of banking here. 3 months later MVC calls me and says the dispute was denied, didn’t ever ask me for any proof of being scammed or anything but asked the opposing party for their proof? I stopped using MVC immediately and switched to Chase. What’s the point of having a bank if they can’t help you in situations.
