1 /5 Patricia J: Went here to have a ring repaired . Stone had fallen out and was told a $100. Gave them a Hundred, and was told they would let me know how much the repair would be by calling me, but know one called to let me know how mich the repair would be, so after waiting for a week . I looked at the receipt the girl gave me but it didnt reflect the $100 that I had given for the Stone to be repaired into my ring. After which my husband went to check on the ring. They told him $100. I then went in and told them that I had already given them $100. They said that I hadnt. I said , "well you have cameras in here why not check the day I brought you my ring!" SHE REFUSED! and said it was Security! A reputable Business wouldnt have a problem showing the TAPE if their was a PROBLEM? HOWEVER MY HUSBAND GAVE THEM ANOTHER $100 THATS $200 . PEOPLE, You might as well say that I just bought my RING ! WOW HOWEVER,"GOD SAID, YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SEW!" AND HIS WORD CANNOT LIE! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! THINK THREE TIMES BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!

1 /5 Lone traveler: Putting one star because Ive never been there. It would be nice if someone would answer the phone so i could find out if you pay spot price before I drive an hour from Reidsville. Been doing business for years out in Macon but sometimes dont want to do that drive.

1 /5 Whitney Taylor: The worst people I ever dealt with! Very unprofessional. I bought a necklace from them and it kept falling off my neck and they would not fix the problem. I will never do business with them again. They act as if they are racist. I have watched them give excellent service to white people but never to anyone that is not! I do not recommend anyone to go to them!

1 /5 lorraine johnson: I wanted my bracelet shortened, she measured. Got it back. Well it was too short. Brought it back and she said I agreed to the length. It could not have been measured right. They do not repair on site. So she was going to charge another $40 for their mistake. I will go somewhere else.
