Kris Wyse I came in hoping to get my watch adjusted, expecting to leave it with someone or pay for the service. Instead, one of the did the nicest and most sincere thing I’ve ever been given as a customer—she actually took the time to show me how to do it myself. She was incredibly kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. Not only did I get my watch adjusted, but I also walked away knowing how to do it in the future. It’s rare to find service like that these days. Thank you so much for your help Joy—it really made my day! I don’t know anyone else there but after meeting Joy I don’t really want to! Made my first bought watch experience phenomenal! Thank you Joy!!!

Katlynn Cha Everyone was kind and helpful in my selection of jewelry. Unfortunately they did not have a bracelet would fit my size wrist but I ended up choosing a necklace and having the chance the choose my own gems to put into the jewelry. I love that we have that option and the gift feels personalized with our own touch. They also were able to gift wrap my jewelry in a gift box with a cute little bow! Great experience for my first time at Kendra Scott!

Susan Fulghum-Frazier Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and the prices were reasonable. They had Bridal registrys, , dinnerware, everything to go with a newlywed couple. Adults, kids and all kinds of jewelery, from gold , platinum, Sterling Silver and gemstones of everkind. Chrystal (different kinds), a lot of beautiful items that a jewelry store would carry. Even items some stores wouldnt carry. Come on down they also have repairs, watches, and jewelery.

Karen DiLorenzo-Jones I went into Kay’s on a Saturday evening (about an hour until closing time) to pick-up a couple of my rings that I had sent off to be serviced. As I was waiting for the salesperson to get my rings, I was doing some window shopping when Michael (aka Mike) brought my jewelry out. There had been a couple of items that had caught my eye while I was browsing, so I asked Mike to show them to me. What I experienced was an outstanding customer service interaction. Mike is a professional, yet personable young man who is extremely knowledgable about the products he sells. He took the time to answer my questions, he shared his knowledge with me, and he remained patient and engaged throughout the entire experience. While Mike was working with me our conversation was light and easy. I never felt pressured to buy anything - actually I had not even considered buying anything as I was simply there to pick up my repaired jewelry. Yes, I did end up purchasing a couple of pieces and Kay’s jeweler’s may want to increase Mike’s commission percentage as he was a huge part of the reason why!! It was due to Mike’s nonjudgmental, friendly, and easygoing personality that quickly got me engaged and kept me interested in the pieces I was looking at. It was due to this professional, yet personable interaction that kept me practical, realistic, and comfortable, to the point, that I decided to treat myself to a beautiful selection that I have been wanting to purchase for some time. Thank you Mike and Kay’s for letting me treat myself without breaking my pocketbook! I love, love, love my treat!!
