A D So far my experience here has been good. The employees have been helpful and very nice, easy to work with. I have had 0 issues when I have gone inside the bank and received help. Lastly, I have not had to wait very long either when waiting for a teller to assist me. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ATM was not working properly and would freeze up. This is not the first time Ive had an issue with an atm at one of their locations. I told the teller inside it was not working and she seemed like she didnt care as my concern was ignored I hope they fix it soon as this location is the closest branch to me.

Marissa Luke I banked at this location as a teenager when they were Southern Bank and Trust and recieved superb service. I just recently opened an account back up. While Pinnacle as a whole has been great, I am a little fond on this location! Everyone is kind and acknowledges you with a smile. I recommend Pinnacle and this location!
