B Spires Great credit union to bank with. I have had an account with Robins for 34 years. Several auto loans, mortgages and refinances. Never any issues. AndreTheGiantSlayer Recently called in because I ordered a new debt card two months ago with an address change, however was informed by the branch manager that a card was never sent out 2 month ago. Asked to speak to a branch manager after getting irate due to this, and was told I was speaking to him, Chris. My account was then CLOSED due to me saying a cuss word, because I was irritated that my card I ordered 2 months ago was never done He hung up on me and when I called back later to try and get my account back THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID: That sounds like a personal problem and hung up on me again. Chris if you’re reading this, I remember when banking was personal, it was called Capital Bank
