Mishi Banerjee I absolutely recommend Mitchell as an agent if you are looking to switch (which you should). My lord, Allstate was an absolute nightmare with the overcharging and just horrible service. Then I met Mitchell and he did a State Farm quote for me and I kid you not, I am saving about $160 a month with them now compared to Allstate. He even told me how overinsured I was when I said I would like the same coverage as I had before, which he didnt have to tell me [Allstate never did until I told them I was switching!] considering I am very naive with all of these things. Like... he essentially was like stop paying so much for no reason, and what agent does that? None, because all they care about are sales. But Mitchell actually cares about you and your wallet and thats just awesome. And then he told me of other courses I could take to lower my premium even more, and it has just been a great experience. He is attentive, listens, and is really good at explaining to someone who knows absolutely nothing about being an adult who has insurance. Highly recommend. 10/10!

D. W. Leppard I started looking for insurance quotes as it was renewal time. A. Bossaller contacted me for allstate although I had never contacted allstate for a quote. Matthew Devine stayed unannounced in the background as Andrew Bossaller basically muscled me into getting Allstate. After coverage issued, M Devine made contact but very little. A month & several days later after policy in force, M Devine sent me an email stating I had not activated drivewise and that I needed to do such if I wanted to keep that discount! Total shock to me! Never involved in any kind of discussion, cost comparison, etc, on drivewise. I sent an email to M Devine and A Bossaller stating such, demanding to see the proof. Also requested just what agency Bossaller is connected with. M Devine bowed out and kicked it to A Bossaller. Wow, but yet M Devine listed as my agent? Bossaller replied to my request with "need time to get data together." Do not allstate agents keep files? Not making accusation, just asking ... can you say "fabricate?" I have sent emails to both over the 10 days since but I have gotten ZERO response. They are choosing to ignore the whole situation. Only info I have on Andrew Bossaller is his allstate email address and a phone #. And since he is ignoring me ..... I would highly recommend staying away from allstate! If they call, hang up! If they email, mark as spam. Oh, final comment. M Devine and his agency are not even in my state! A fact he never mentioned!

Chance Caskey Ive been with Griffin insurance since I moved to Georgia. Great people. Family run business. And I mean the entire hilarious, yet totally functional family, runs this business. Theres a grandpa that seems to know everyone and he loves boiled peanuts. A son who is bigger than Chewbacca. And the daughters name is Anna. Shes my favorite. Shes always happy and has taken care of my insurance needs directly as my agent for years. They run a Tight ship. All I have to do is call up Anna (momma) and say I gotta give her some money, she pushes a button and Im worry free for another 30 days. Look no further if you be needin some inskurans.
