They were quick to offer help and provided me all the information I needed in my search for coverage and quotes. This next part is why I gave 5 stars. I currently have not transferred all my stuff over to them and they are only providing me renters insurance, but when I reached out to them with my issues related to a vehicle claim that I had been struggling with for a very long time, their representative Karen went extremely above and beyond to assist. She kept at it and reached out to her contacts to help get this resolved for me after many failed attempts. I am happy to say this claim has finally been resolved. My job keeps me too busy to have managed this on my own, so I am very grateful to them for their help.
