5 /5 Mishi Banerjee: I absolutely recommend Mitchell as an agent if you are looking to switch (which you should). My lord, Allstate was an absolute nightmare with the overcharging and just horrible service. Then I met Mitchell and he did a State Farm quote for me and I kid you not, I am saving about $160 a month with them now compared to Allstate. He even told me how overinsured I was when I said I would like the same coverage as I had before, which he didnt have to tell me [Allstate never did until I told them I was switching!] considering I am very naive with all of these things. Like... he essentially was like stop paying so much for no reason, and what agent does that? None, because all they care about are sales. But Mitchell actually cares about you and your wallet and thats just awesome. And then he told me of other courses I could take to lower my premium even more, and it has just been a great experience. He is attentive, listens, and is really good at explaining to someone who knows absolutely nothing about being an adult who has insurance. Highly recommend. 10/10!
