1 /5 Steven Vallee: Faith does not care about anything beyond potential clients that mindlessly agree to her terms and conditions. She is pushy, rude, and inconsiderate. She was referred to me by a third party and did not provide credentials. She continuously called me until I agreed to follow up. She Sent me link to her site that had information to fill out. I took the time to read over the form which raised some questions for me. Im employed and looking for new jobs so I asked how income would effect coverage and had a question on her form about the commitment it was asking me for to only go through her as an agent and that I would have to agree with whatever program she signed me up for as long as the premium was "affordable". You cant enforce a policy for something as objective as "affordable". I asked Faith if she could set some time to answer some questions. She called me at the scheduled time, but before I could ask any questions she got frustrated and told me that I was wasting her time.

1 /5 Al-Murtada Osman: Its all good and dandy until God forbid you find a more suitable option for you and your family and want to withdraw your application. Things started normally, with Charity and Faith approaching me with the typical, super-nice, salesperson facade. I went through filling an application with Charity over the phone, however, very soon after submitting it, I had spoken to a friend who helped me find a better option than what I had applied for, so l immediately contacted Charity to withdraw the application, to which she responded that she couldnt do that for me "because of HIPPA" and that I would have to contact the insurance company. Well, I contacted the insurance company twice and both times was met with confusion and was told that the agent should be able to withdraw the application with no issues. Upon reaching back out to Faith since Charity did not pick up when I called her, Faith asked me what other option I had found, to which I replied that I did not want to disclose that, especially since I was not happy with the fact that theyve made this application withdrawal process so difficult for me. Suddenly, the nice and musical salesperson tone turned into a raised voice lecturing me about how to maintain business relationships, completely oblivious to the fact that l was the client, not her. I stated that I did not want any issues, that all I am asking for is to withdraw my application, to which she continued to argue and shout about Charity spending an hour with me to submit the application only for me to want to withdraw the application. Not all deals or sales end up working for many reasons, and a customer doesnt owe you anything if you spent time with them but they end up finding something else that is better for them and their family. Withdrawing an application shouldnt be this complicated or difficult, nor should you lash out at a customer for going with what they believe is better for them. YOU are the ones required to maintain good business relationships with clients whose business is what keeps you going.
