Damien Bridges Im currently inquiring into a loan with these guys, so far the website and loan process is not as great as other sites, I was approved so well see what financing they come up with. I have personal finance experience so Ill be back to update this review once the application process is completed and give you guys the rundown on what youll be getting into with OneMain. Reviews may or may not raise or lower. Update 1: So far Ive contacted the branch with no response, their phone lines do not seem to be actually set up to ring, instead they just forward to a voice-mail system. They dont coordinate callbacks very well it seems either. So far pretty frustrating. Will be updating once I receive a call back. Final update: So I called in, turns out their phones are actually in location as it states which is wonderful, I just have bad timing myself it seems. Got in touch with someone, they unfortunately did not lower the APR of the loan but instead of 36 months Ive been given, which in the long run Im spending more, but its a lower monthly payment. They were very efficient and timely in explaining all of the details and even offered me a higher loan which I declined just for my own wallets well-being. Wonderful staff, super friendly and I got the money the next day in my bank I provided. Overall great experience, a few issues but nothing is perfect, as far as business and professionalism they were wonderful. I think some of the comments on here with lower reviews might have something to do with people who cannot manage their money/payments and fall behind. Do understand they ARE a loan company, they do have an obligation to hold up their part but as well as to make sure you follow up on yours.

Cool Ppl Thank you lord!! This day have finally came. My son is in college, he bust his but in high school and now things are about to pay off. This is a great school, Ive done my research on this place and even though its small, they have a big heart!! Today we still had to sign papers and everyone that we encountered was very friendly and helpful and I really appreciate that. My son will fit in, hell he has no choice, his old room is now my workout room! Gordon College is a great school, dont sleep on them.
