Jenny Denker My 71 year old aunt came into this location and said that Davina McFerrin was absolutely amazing to her. She said that Davina helped sort out a big mess regarding bill pay to the mortgage company. She said that she was very patient and caring through the entire process. My aunt isnt tech savvy but wanted me to let everyone know that this bank and specifically Davina truly cares for the customers. Thank you for helping her and being kind through it all!

At our appointment, the staff and Ella made us feel very comfortable, easy to speak with, and professional. During the sit down with Ella, I got exactly what I came for. An easy person to talk with that gets what I am looking to do. A well managed tax return that suits my needs, not just filling in numbers and moving onto the next one. She has a great vibe about her, that comes off light-hearted, but also very knowledgeable, and as she says "I dont leave any money on the table". Yes Maam, you get it. So yes, we are more than happy to give Ella and ECG Financials a try, and see how it goes. I think we will be happy.
