1 /5 paquita peters: This bank is RACIST! I was racially profiled and lied to in my face by the Caucasian teller with the glasses and the perm looking curly hair! She tried to tell me that my company check was not showing up in the system (That was issued and cleared on August 16, 2024) after she stalled and her behavior gave her away. She kept looking at my out of state license like it was a fraud! Then she tried to be slick and walk over 2 cubicles and examine it more! After I refused to accept what she was telling me and take my check and license back, she said let her ask her manager. After a while, I walked over to the managers office where they were calling the main office number on the check instead of the direct number on the list of authorized signatures under the signature page that matched the signature on my real estate commission check. When I walked in the office, I had my admin on the phone that was telling them to call the office so they could verify it. The manager, then got slick and said, I have to call the direct number under the signature tab; interesting, why you didnt do that in my first 10 mins of waiting the teller to come out of your office! Then to top it off, as I said I was profiled, the only black face in the bank (an elderly uncle Tom black woman) had the audacity to address me and with slick mouth and attitude, roll her eyes and tell me, "its not profiling, its called banking." Thank God for growth, I held my tongue, took my money and left! Do not bank with these people or this bank! My experience was HORRIBLE!
