5 /5 Kimberly Dutton: There are so many negative reviews but yet my experience has been nothing but great, yea the interest rates are high but there is also No penalty for paying off early, that’s why you beat the interest. Loan processing is quick and made very easy. I’ve had multiple loans I’ve paid off and beat the interest with this company. They have been there when I was rejected from others and given me an opportunity when I needed it most when nobody else would!

I made a complaint on the customer service lady that calls when you are late, because she made a promise to help me the following month on my payment if I made the current months payment. When she called the following month and I called her out on her promise she then got defensive saying she had to do what Lendmark said she could do. I explained the situation to the NEW MANAGER and he sent my account to recovery as if I had been late on a monthly based. I have paid as I was told but now I can’t get a loan or a return phone call to ask why my account was sent to recovery. I called recovery to ask why my account was sent to recovery WHEN I PAY ON TIME!!!! I could not get an answer. But when I stop paying someone is going to call me and give me some answers.
1 /5 Duckens Jeancharles: This place is horrible. Stay away from it. I had a 90 day same as cash loan with them through a furniture store. I went in and request that they take 3 equal payment from my account until the loan is paid off so I don’t pay the 35% interest. I signed the papers and everything. They never took the payment agreed upon. Instead they took the minimum payment. 7 days before the 90 days I noticed my balance didn’t budge and called them. They claim they made a mistake and that the payment agreed upon should’ve been taken out. When asked what would’ve happened if I didn’t catch it in time, I’m told I would’ve got the interest added on even though they dropped the ball. Bottom line, they’re a loan shark who pounce on the low income folks. No integrity, Please stay away.
1 /5 Rebecca Jones: I dont have any business with them, but I got a call this morning from a Pam asking for a family member. When I tried to get more information, expressing concern, Pam was extremely nasty and rude to me. I have not used their services, but if I were to ever need them, I would find another provider based upon Pams lack of professionalism alone.
Kenan Knight David has always taken his time to review my investments with me on an annual basis. Not only that but when my grandfather passed away he took time to meet with my grandmother and make sure she understood her financial situation and how to access any money she would need even though it was a very small amount and David didn’t profit anything from helping her. When she passed away David took his time to meet with my mom and make sure any investments were managed properly and that she had a plan for retirement. David knows the markets but most importantly he cares about people and does what he can to help them be successful.
Nia Day Bridgeway is doing a great job with migrating over from Member’s United Credit Union. Like many companies they’re working on becoming updated with certain systems/technology. The staff is the best part of the company. I can always call and get my issues resolved in a timely manner. Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing what’s in store for current and new members.
