Regardless of how crazy we thought the request was she made it happen and quickly with a smile on her face. Most importantly it was only a few minutes until closing and she took care of us thoroughly! We were so blessed to have such kindness on such a stressful day for us ❤️ thank you Vivian! Sam Adkins Our hometown bank cant be beat! Our daughter is traveling through Europe and landed in London this morning and got a text that her FNB card would not work. She had already notified FNB of her travel dates etc. and they had taken care of everything. This problem was an unforseen glitch. After an early morning call to FNB they quickly began working to resolve the problem even though it was Saturday! They didnt say "you will have to wait until Monday morning." This is why we love our small town! Thank you Nan and Nancy and the exceptional customer service you provided our family today!!
