Brandi Stanton This is my second vehicle from sac, the second one they sold me went out in 2 days. Then they proceeded to give me another car and the engine light came on told me it was c.converter. They paid someone to fix it in piqua ohio and they took they money and did not fix the converter and the engine blew not even after 2 months of having the vehicle. They made me get a side note for like 6 thousand dollars more to get the car fixed they JUST sold me. On top of that my 17 year old son died and they had absolutely no compassion at all, couldnt even be a minute late or they would come boot the car. I would not recommend this place at all! I thought since I have went thru them before it would not be this big of a issue...life happens and these people do not care at all, they keep calling for a address I gave them 5 times already!!! And you cant even make payments online you have to actually call and I do not want to speak with these people!

Jasmine Stallworth Mason I wouldn’t recommend them. Horrible customer service. April Stickney is who I always speak with in regards to my account and making payments and she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She makes smart comments and rude remarks that someone in the business of serving customers shouldn’t be in. You would think my payments are made directly to her the way she’s so rude and demanding and argumentative. I have to go back and forth with her EVERY time I call in. I was so fed up the last time after speaking with her I requested a supervisor and drove to the building just to make my payment so I didn’t have to talk to her on the phone because she really had me wanting to get out of character the way she talks to people. I don’t see how she has a job honestly. Very NASTY AND RUDE! I should have never done business with these people. I would NEVER recommend to anyone.
