Clayton Burns I want to give a huge thank you to Audrae in the Collections Dept. Our bank account was hacked and it has taken forever to get that straightened out. Audrae has been very understanding and so helpful during this horrible situation. Thank you Audrae for understanding and for treating me like a person and not just an account number. Sabrina Presley Derrick that runs it now is extremely rude. Very passive aggressive. Unreasonable. I will never do business with A&A again. I was spoke down to and I dont appreciate it.

Trinitee Walker by far the most HORRIBLE company i have ever dealt with by far. Past due balance from covid and i asked if they would move the past due to the back of the loan and was told me that theyre a secondary loan company that i will have to refinance the car so when i tried to do that i was turned down by MULTIPLE places since they dinged my credit so hard. They never report good payments only the ones that were late even after "trying" to help you out. They want MORE money after my contract ended and the car isnt even WORTH what theyre asking. Theyre rude and nasty to talk to over the phone they dont care about hardships or anything life. All these people care about is taking your money. NEVER do business with these people im surprised they are even still in business.
