1 /5 Castiel “Blonky”: My mom and I had accounts from this bank and just closed them today. They don’t let you do ANYTHING. Seriously. You have to get their PERMISSION to spend YOUR MONEY how YOU WANT. I had a savings account that they just randomly closed without telling either of us, and we’re about to go on a trip which we have planned for months, which the bank DENIED us the right to use OUR OWN MONEY to rent a car for. They also kept shutting down my mom’s card whenever she would try to buy something online. Her and I decided to buy some clothes earlier this month online, and they shut the card down and wouldn’t let us approve the purchase and we had to use a different card which we didn’t have enough money on, meaning we couldn’t buy everything we wanted to buy. They also kept shutting it down when we would try to just buy normal things out in public. The card wouldn’t work for a while at a coffee shop literally right down the street from the bank.
TLDR, this bank doesn’t let you use your own money for what YOU want, and can simply deny you the right to do anything with it, even something as simple as renting a car for a trip.
