1 /5 Michelle Coursey: I usually give all five stars but not now, just been turned down by helping hands on getting a new well pump put in I guess if your poor person you dont count the only thing I need is a well pump I have no water at all so Im supposed to sit here and do without water it just not right this is my first time asking for any kind of help with getting a new well pump

4 /5 Kat Bryant: Well organized and good prices. Only complaint is that they don’t bag purchases. I bought a set of four bowls and plates and they did not offer to do any wrapping or bagging.

5 /5 SusAn Beaulieu: For those who dont feel that you are being served in the best manner, I suggest that you please take a moment to see what all is involved in serving our clients and community. CHP relies on donated funds that can run out very quickly, depending on the level of demand, which is ever increasing. CHP also relies on many volunteers who may not work a consistent schedule, which may mean that all of the information they need to help clients may not have gotten to them as quickly as needed to serve the clients. That said, the regular staff always works quickly to correct any issues. CHP consists of many hard working, dedicated individuals. While no one pretends to be perfect, they are all good people, and Im glad to be a part of the team. I would also like to respond to a negative comment posted about Debi, Director of Client Services, a couple of months ago by saying what was posted simply isnt true. Her dedication to serving clients, even those who speak unkindly about her, is unwavering, and her responses to negative comments does not come with unkind words.
