I normally don’t like speaking to insurance people but he’s different. He was very polite and asked what we wanted instead of being pushy. Tami Clegg I can never say enough amazing words about how wonderful Lew Thompson is. He took time to sit down with me and my husband to go over the plans for Medicare and supplements. Not only did Zach, the insurance adjuster leave the door unlocked with the KEY IN THE DOOR, he denied the claim and cancelled the policy. Craig-Massee stated, "When the claim was filed, the claims adjuster went out to check the damage, he noted that everything was packed up in boxes, and that someone had not been living in the home for awhile, even if it is for sale." My 80 year old mother got COVID in February and needed assistance so she was at my brothers house. Theres a grandpa that seems to know everyone and he loves boiled peanuts. A son who is bigger than Chewbacca. And the daughters name is Anna. Shes my favorite. Shes always happy and has taken care of my insurance needs directly as my agent for years. They run a Tight ship.
