He is very understanding,accommodating,informative. I was looking at about a year of jail time, and Mr. Summers was able to reduce my charges along with no jail time! 1 /5 Anonymous: DO NOT hire Jacob Summer if you are facing serious criminal charges! Jacob Summer misrepresented me by lack of communication and didn’t even seem like he put ANY effort in my case. He agreed to handle a case he had no business or knowledge of handling. The day I took the deal, I had no knowledge that I had court neither did my family. He lied and said he called my family to notify them of the court hearing, but he did not. I was on the spot and told I had to take the deal or I could be facing decades in prison. And you read that right, I had no knowledge of my court date but showed up because I am incarcerated. He never fought for a bond for me. Only one bond hearing and said he didn’t think the judge would issue one, so he didn’t want to revisit the idea of a bond and said not to worry that the time served will go towards my sentence. Jacob Summer is a traffic court attorney, not a criminal defense attorney. Most reviews are for individuals with traffic tickets/citations. He has his own booth in traffic court for individuals looking for representation. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE BY HIRING JACOB SUMMER! THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO HIRE A SEASONED LAWYER.
