I contacted them moments after an accident that left me with severe back pain and restlessness, and was greeted by Jarrod Burch whom ensured me that they would pursue my case and ride with me along the journey through rehabilitation. They did just that and then some! He was accompanied by an amazing thorough cast, with his case manager Phyllis Bond there to relay messages between the parties involved, stay on top of them while collecting all information regarding my accident (she even got the police report before I could! They are truly that fast) and expound on anything I didn’t understand, which made me feel informed aware, and confident in the choice I made. They understand how frustrating it can be to have to deal with the mental fatigue from the pain, anxiety, and uncertainty that comes with an accident, and they do their part to be empathetic and relate to that all while pursuing justice for you in a manner that would make you think they were doing it for themselves.
