5 /5 Bonnie Wright: From the beginning Jennifer was a great help to us, she was on top of things, called me several times about my documents. She assisted me on the Doc Sign. Very friendly, but professional. Now Ive moved on to my Case Manager, Angie and my Attorney, Tiffany Robinson. 1 /5 Mxyplx: I have never, experienced such unprofessionalism and careless in all my years of living. Lots of over promising and reassurance, and later back pedaling on their word. Incompetent case managers who clearly have no idea what theyre doing.Thanks, I now have medical debt. Truly a predatory firm. Dont bother asking me to contact you guys, Ive been trying for weeks now to get an update. But no, I get passive aggression and now radio silence.

1 /5 Chadwick Rice: I hired Morgan and Morgan over 2 years ago to help with my Social Security Disability claim. After I was denied they were supposed to take over the case, but I was never contacted by a lawyer. I filed the appeal myself and my claim has been sitting in review by the Department of Social Services in Stone Mountain GA since May 20 2023. I was forced to try and go back to work but I haven’t been able to hold a job for very long because I can’t perform the tasks. The companies have given other reasons why but I’m considered a liability. I have recently been hospitalized twice from another infection and a blood clot from me not being able to get medicine for my diabetes. I have reached out to Morgan and Morgan to find out what was going on, but they have given me the run around. One of their representatives just got an attitude with my sister on the phone saying it was normal for a person to do everything their self. That’s definitely not true sir. No one knows what is going on and I was only contacted by them after I left a less favorable review on their website. We were told they would be calling today by 6 by a consultant named Steven but it never happened so I called them and was transferred to another consultant named Steven who told us that the call was set up for tomorrow at 6 and not today. This is a call center in India it sounds like. Which I have no problem with that but if you going to represent a company then you better not get an attitude with me or my sister. She says I am too hard on them but it’s been two years and nothing has been done at all besides what I did myself.
