1 /5 Al: Review for Hillary Cranford (Former Trustee) My experience with Hillary Cranford as trustee of my settlement trust was overwhelmingly negative. She failed to send regular account statements, neglected to file taxes on time, and invested over 75% of the trust into stocks without ever consulting me or asking how I felt about it. I was left in the dark about crucial decisions involving my own money. Worse, it wasn’t just Hillary—her entire team, including her lawyers and financial advisors (Advocacy Wealth Management), acted with the same lack of transparency and accountability. In my opinion, the way they handled my trust felt more like a scam than a professional fiduciary relationship. If youre considering working with Hillary or anyone connected to her, I strongly urge you to be extremely cautious. I wouldnt wish this experience on any one.
