She made it quick and easy and in my opinion the price was reasonable (good lawyers are not cheap, but I think she has been fair in her pricing, and she really earns her money). She has handled some other matters for me involving debts and credit card settlements. Her solutions have been solid; she’s very effective. Honestly, I think she cares about people. She will fight for you.

She is a tough opponent in the courtroom, but works behind the scenes to explore the best alternatives for her clients in possibly reaching an amicable settlement of whatever dispute her clients may be involved in. If someone wants an attorney who is honest and realistic with her clients, but who also is a great litigator, Elizabeth would be a great choice.

5 /5 Sean Barron: Ms. Branch was nothing but professional and more than competent in my custody matters, winning everything she promised and then some. She was there every step of the way, even going so far as giving her personal cell number to her clients so they can reach her anytime. I would recommend her to anyone else that is seeking legal counsel in family matters.

1 /5 michelle Hannah: I was to appear in court at 9:00 am so Elizabeth said to meet her at office at 8:00am to go over all content…. She never showed up, so assistant and my husband and I went to court house, she was late…. Never in my life seen such a babbling attorney, that cannot even win a case, the judge was already upset she was late, and she could of cared less about the situation of my grandson, or us coming all the way from Arizona to get custody of our grandson. My grandson is in such a bad situation, and she didn’t care. So I paid 5,000.00 for nothing, and she did nothing. Her office smells like dog poop with dog pee in her office. So unprofessional. A crook. Do not hire this firm.

It was a family law case and I had had a very hard time getting the time I needed with my children. Elizabeth is one great attorney and I recommend her to any parent who needs legal representation.
