1 /5 Robin Friske: My case took over 2 years to complete. I was told at the time of filing, that my medical records would be sent with my claim. I found out over a year later that they were not sent with a claim, even though I signed all the proper forms and documentation to have these sent with my claim. After a year, I was contacted by the state of Georgia disability center requesting my medical records, so was then forced to do this for myself. Had my medical records sent in a timely manner, I would have had my benefits much earlier. Contacting the office for updates, I was always told that I was "in process". If you do decide to use this firm, make sure that you have the capability of ensuring that all of your documentation is complete and send in appropriately, because they wont.
