We had a terrible experience with another jeweler in Duluth, and were just trying to find someone to do this simple repair. We got it from Etsy and it’s a moss agate stone (and 14k gold) and knew it would be softer and a little harder to work with and no one seemed confident they wouldn’t ruin our ring. They made us feel so at ease and let us know they would do everything they could to take care of it and let us know what was in their ability. They were so communicative and lovely! And to top it all off, they got it done before our trip to show our friends! So grateful and will definitely be coming back here for all of our jewelry needs.
