Roxana Ortega I went have gone into this branch several times and the experiences have been very similar. This specific time one teller was on the phone the entire time, I believe she was with IT. The other teller who assisted us, Kristie Key, was truly doing an amazing job considering the circumstances. She was the only one working. She was assisting us, greeting other clients as they entered, and helping the drive thru. I did notice a gentleman in an office with Branch Leader sign on the outside. He never came out. It seems as the tellers are left to do it all and survive as best they can.

Kelli Whire The banker, when I finally able to see one was nice and knowledgeable however the parking and drive thru are the worst! Wait times are normally long always as well.
