1 /5 Wendy Kicklighter: It has been over 45 days since the financing of my car and I still dont have a tag. I contacted the tax office and they stated the bank has not sent the paperwork. I contacted the bank and spoke to the individual who closed my loan and he apologized. He stated it was all my fault. The paperwork is in the file. I will overnight it to Atlanta and it will be sent to the tag office. It is going on 8 weeks and Atlanta just called and stated they just received the tag. Imagine that and I got stopped by the police for expired tag. NO EXCUSE!!!!!

1 /5 Chris Sweat: Been a customer for 10 years, ever since they switched to Georgias Own I have had nothing but headaches. Theyve canceled my debit card on 5 separate occasions in the last 3 years. Each time I was either out of town or traveling out of town. The last time was 3 days ago and it was a "mistake" on their end and there was "nothing (they) can do, sorry". Went in a few minutes ago and wasnt even given an apology in person. Just a simple eye roll and handed me my money. No heads up, no warning, nothing. They have cost me upwards of $1k in charges from payments not being able to be processed on my card, therefore I am glad to be taking my business somewhere else. Best advice I can give is be weary of who you bank with.

1 /5 Kevin Brown: The people here at this location are nice. Its just the bank company itself is not a good bank. They charge you just to make transfers after you hit a "limit" how do you limit someone of their own funds? Dont get me started on their "Premium overdraft fees" just decline it. I mean come on they charge someone $35 just for $2 overdraft. Ridiculous. Crooks.

1 /5 Zack Lewis: Ive been a customer for 8 years. I did a job, deposited a check into my savings and turns out, it was fraudulent.. they locked my account. I cant do anything. I cant make a deposit or withdraw any money. I called and the only answer I received was "theres nothing we can do". But yet Ive been loyal for 8 years through the transition period til now and theyre treating me as if Ive done something wrong when the check I was given for a job wasnt valid. I cant even cash my weekly paycheck at my own bank . All I get is eyes rolled at me and "sorry, theres nothing I can do".. well Georgias Own, what CAN you do???
