Trasontra Williams Kaylee Mickens, is by far the most professional bank teller there is in America. From the time you enter the bank until the time you exit the bank, she is there to see you through the process. Her knowledge of banking and her expertise makes banking a wonderful experience. No matter what is going on during the day, she never lets it stop her from smiling and giving her customers her undivided attention. She radiates joy while delivering excellent customer service and support. She works as a team player and died it with fidelity. She should be promoted to branch supervisor without delays. Kristen Petrel ZERO STARS!! DO NOT invest with this office. I had a small account set up many years ago that I was not actively contributing to and required no maintenance. Mr. Kimpling CLOSED my retirement account without my consent due to "inactivity" with no warning. They were supposedly calling a phone number that was not mine and sent zero mail stating that they were going to do this. I lost half of my money by this account being closed! Unacceptable. And then when I called the office to see if there was a mix up, Diane was very rude to me! Unacceptable. Customer service was less than zero stars. DO NOT do business with Mr. Kimpling!!!

Royal Painting Chad is great. Its exactly what you should expect in any professional establishment. Chad is as nice as he can get but still does a great job.
