5 /5 Stacy Lynn: I was with this Insurance company for over 10 years and they exceeded all of my expectations. They are family owned and operated by the Hewitts; a brother and sister team as well as Linda their mother. When I was pregnant and still had an infant in a carrier, Jennifer, my agent, came out to my car to get my payment! The only reason Im not still with them is because Jennifer informed me that there would be a big savings at my renewal if I switched to another agencys rates for my coverage because their partner companies couldnt offer me the same savings. She actually referred me to, and got quotes for me from another agency to save me money..because she cared about my needs, not their bottom line! I was sad to switch, but I needed the savings to make ends meet. Thats the meaning of good customer service. They truly are great people to work with and so very trustworthy. You cant get better than that!
