When I did in less than a minute, he refused to answer the phone and sent me to voicemail. Ive had insurance with this company for over a year now, so I guess at this point, I need to start looking elsewhere. To think I was bringing other people to this company, I will refer them to acceptance instead. If he didnt want to work today, he should have stayed home. They women in the office are great. Jonathon Duke Used Roberts Tax Service for one year. My federal tax return was filed incorrectly and my state tax return wasnt filed at all. Just discovered this information after getting a letter in the mail 5 years later from GA department of revenue. I usually dont post stuff like this, but I do feel people need to be warned. I called them to see if we could fix the issue and they cannot even locate my file and didnt seem to be concerned at all with my issue.
