kari duffy I have been with Georgia Farm Bureau for 3 years and I never had a problem,not a huge problem anyways. I did call in a few times to get an understanding of why my rates were steadily increasing and all I kept being told was that it was "fees" but never a true breakdown, which was frustrating. I spoke with Michelle this morning and MANNNNNN SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! She took the time out to research what all was going on ONE BY ONE and was even able to set me up on a package to help lower my monthly rate!!! SHE IS A BLESSING! Not only am I paying a lower rate now but I have more coverage than before! Im so excited! Like I said, shes awesome and she needs a raise :)

Adam Hawkins The most incredible experience you will have! On a whim, I contacted Doug Blevins office for an insurance quote. We were looking to switch our home, auto and umbrella policies in hopes to save some money especially since we were also adding a sixteen year old to the policy as well. When I called I was connected with Travis. I have never met this man but he has such a unique personality I felt like I was talking to a friend I have known my whole life. At no point did I feel like I was being sold insurance. Travis explained everything in detail, gave me my options, made some suggestions and was just down right honest and wholesome through the whole experience. Not only was I able to save over a thousand dollars on my bundled policies, I increased my coverages and made a friend in the process. I am not going to guarantee that they can save you thousands of dollars but I can confidently say that they will treat you with respect and be upfront and honest with you. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Eric Santana Nina Meier was the agent I spoke to and she was incredibly helpful, patient and kind throughout what was a rather foreign and stressful endeavor for me. She took time to understand my unique situation and tailored an insurance policy that I believe best met my needs. I had already spoken to 3 other insurance agents at different companies and this conversation was much more pleasant and productive by far. She didnt judge me for any naivety, only listened and provided great information that gave me a much better understanding of what I was really paying for. I am very thankful to Nina for sharing her expertise and taking the time to help. I do not often write reviews, especially in regards to insurance, but I do feel its important to shout out people like Nina when they do such a great job and make someones day a little bit easier.

Justin Laseter JoNell and her staff are incredible! I have dealt with numerous insurance agents over the years, and none have taken the time or effort to continuously do what is right for me. JoNell always stays in contact with me and goes out of her way to let me know if she can save me money! The coverage on all of my policies is fantastic and my rates have been consistently dropping for years, thanks to JoNell finding savings for me! Could not recommend this agency more, and I will most definitely be a lifelong customer! :)

R L I called on a whim, but needing new life policies for my husband and I. I reached Mrs. Candi, and what a delight she was. She immediately began working on quotes and stayed on top of the process. I then asked for quotes on several other policies and the quotes were much better than what we had so we now have switched all of our insurance over to Teresa Lumsden. Candi went above and beyond even when I want able to make in to the office. She has been a gem and we are very thankful. We look forward to having someone local that we can depend on.
