Ive never sold old jewelry or gold before. I had a bunch of old and partial pieces lying around that I was ready to let go of. So I didnt really know what to expect. Birch and the rest of the staff were amazing. The environment is comfortable and relaxed. Everyone was very friendly. I was surprised and pleased with the offer I received for everything I brought. The process was smooth and efficient. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back for anything else I plan to sell in the future.

But I had the very best experience here. Birch was AMAZING, as were all the staff. Didnt feel the least bit shady. They provided great quotes and were not pushy at all.
