Korendo Thomas Had a policy set up with one of there agents , Paid the money thinking that everything was ok and my business was insured . A couple of weeks later received a letter from Nationwide saying my policy was canceled . At no point did the rep or his office contact us to let us know whats going on and I left numerous calls with no answer , After calling corporate then someone picked up and gave me some story but still not good follow up from this company .

Just discovered this information after getting a letter in the mail 5 years later from GA department of revenue. I usually dont post stuff like this, but I do feel people need to be warned. I called them to see if we could fix the issue and they cannot even locate my file and didnt seem to be concerned at all with my issue.
