Grace G Best Insurance Office and Company Ever Ive been with Rusty for over 30 years after bad experiences with three other companies. They never made me feel guilty about filing a claim as other companies had done. I had one agent yell at me because I had been in an accident. I had to sue another one when they damaged my car when they had it for repairs. A third company said I couldnt prove that a limb fell on our RV when we had photos. I never had anything but personable, experienced, and supportive care from Rusty and his team. I hesitated to move away because I am convinced I cant find this level of care anywhere else. You can ask questions about anything related to living in this town and get a useful, honest answer. I strongly recommend you consider this company and State Farm when looking for insurance.

Very responsive, professional, and always would explain everything to me in simple terms. He always wanted me to get the best rates & would commonly say, "I know its not as cheap as you like so I encourage you to shop around and see if you can find cheaper quotes."
